Based in NYC, Alex is a professional photographer who photographs regularly for Channel 13 (PBS) and Dance Theater Workshop. Her work has appeared in an array of publications including “Melt” and “Metropolitan Playhouse.” ¶Alex studied dance and photography and graduated from Texas Christian University. In 2007 was awarded an emerging artist grant to pursue photography in New York City. Her Italian landscape photographs are currently on view through the Giorgi Gallery in Berkeley, California. ¶Alex began working with the studio in 2006 and has assisted Missy at dozens of events. In 2007 Alex began photographing weddings as the primary photographer. Alex’s preferred camera formats are 35mm, 6x6, and toy cameras. ¶
